Handball

 

The handball is a beauty game that basically it consists in two teams of seven players, each one tries goal scoring at rival porter's lodge throwing a spherical ball. The team that scored most goals is the winner, but was can to give the situation in that exist the equal score.

The principal rule is, with exception of the porter, no player can play the ball with the feet and legs.

In the usual play, each team search to come in the nine meters area, in where they try of overcome the defense for throw the ball and thus to make the goal !!!.

As in many sports, the physic contact is very common and in occasion it come to be very strong and danger. The time in the game run freely until the ball out of the play field, but just it was stopped when the referees stop the game because is the middle or final of the game or happens something extraordinary.

Respect the others sport, the handball’s player was classified in four categories, the porter and the field players, and turn the field players was classified in the extremes, the laterals, the central and the pivot or circulator. Each category was making because the specific position in the field and specific function and characteristics. 

More or less the functions are as follows:

i.                     Extremes:  the principal work is open the game, I mean, open the rival’s defense as much as they can be possible, and, depending of the game, They should define the game making many goals.

ii.                   The Central and Laterals: They are responsible to defend the central area, and they make the game for the others player of their team, the central is the most important person, because he is the head in the attack and he begins the specific moves that had worked in the practice of the week. In the other hand, the laterals and the central can throw the ball out the nine meters area. This players sometimes call “launchers out”

iii.                  The pivot or circulator: the principals objectives are, first, they should to defend the rival pivot, although that depended of the defense tactic that the The coach suggested for the specific game. The second objective is to open space in the rival defense for that the others players can throw more easy the ball.

Although the most of the time, the players are the each position, during the match, continually they was moved, rotating the position, that is to say, a extreme player can take the central position during some time in the game, but  then he come back the original place.
